HealthRAD Online can deliver or courier the products to you. The User will also have the option to collect the products at HealthRad Headoffice.
How long will it take to get my product?
It depends on what product(s) you ordered.

Payment Information
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE:
When a buyer checks out, they get to choose their preferred payment method and securely completes the transaction on either PayFast’s servers or via EFT.
Currency: All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR).
Payment Clearance: No goods will be released until payment has been confirmed as being in HealthRad’s bank account.
HealthRad will not accept any bank guaranteed, private or company cheques as payment.
Please note: ALL prices are quoted excluding VAT.
What is PayFast?
PayFast enables South African businesses of all sizes to accept payments online. Payfast enables easy, secure and instant transfer of money from online buyers to sellers.
When a buyer clicks to pay, they get to choose their preferred payment method and securely completes the transaction on PayFast’s servers.

VISA (cheque or debit) card
Instant EFT
Master card
Zapper.
These are independent payment methods and not via HealthRAD Online.

EFT OPTION:
Registered clients may pay with Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) over the Internet into HealthRAD’s bank account. Please contact us for our bank details or view them here
Customer reference: Please indicate clearly on the payment or the EFT your Order No. or Invoice No.
Proof of Payment: Customers are requested to either email or fax payment slips with reference number and their own details clearly stated to to us at: accounts@healthradonline.com
Orders and Payment
How do I place an Order?
You can browse the products and add them to your cart by clicking on the ADD TO CART button. Full explanation in the User’s Manual.
Do I need an account to place an order?
Only HealtRAD Online clients that are registered can place an order

How can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed and payments are made.
You should call HealthRAD Head office personally to change or cancel an order or e-mail us at orders@healthradonline.com
You need to send an email to orders@healthradonline.com and request cancellation of order with the order nr. If payment has already been made; HealthRAD online will cancel the order and a 5% cancellation fee will be charged. The 5% will be deducted from the purchase price (that was paid to HealthRAD Online) and the balance of the amount will be refunded into the User’s account via EFT.
What about delivery costs?
No delivery costs for HealthRad clients who have a maintenance contract.
Refference for proof of payment?
E-mail proof of payment including the order number to accounts@healthradonline.com
